Abraj Stay is an electronic platform that provides users with:
• Browsing hotels and residential units.
• Making bookings.
• Benefiting from additional services like car or flight bookings.
The platform acts as a technical intermediary between the user and service providers.

By using the site or application, you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any term, you must immediately stop using the platform.

Abraj Stay reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. These amendments are effective as soon as they are available on the site or application.

To benefit from Abraj Stay services, you must:

• Bookings are confirmed immediately or manually (depending on the hotel) after receiving confirmation from the payment gateway.
• Bookings are subject to room availability at the actual time of booking.

First: Seasonal Bookings: The user is not entitled to claim a refund for amounts paid for units if the booking is for a seasonal period and the customer cancelled from their side.

Second: Cash Refund Conditions: Paid amounts are refunded via bank transfer to the customer's account or via financial negotiation if the booking was before the cancellation policy.

Third: Cancellation by Platform or Hotel: If the booking is cancelled by the hotel or platform due to circumstances beyond control, a full refund is issued without administrative deductions.

Fourth: Study Cases: In the event of a technical or human error in the displayed price, the platform has the right to cancel the booking and refund the full amount.

• All mentioned prices include applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment is made via electronic payment gateways (SADAD, Credit Cards, Mada).
• The platform provides electronic invoices for all financial transactions.

Abraj Stay is committed to protecting user data according to the highest cyber security standards and ensuring the confidentiality of personal information.

All content available on the platform (text, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Abraj Stay or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

The user has the right to post reviews and comments, provided they do not contain misleading information. The platform reserves the right to delete any violating content.

Abraj Stay is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform, or the quality of services provided by independent providers.
